Amir Navab began his legal career working as an attorney in a non-profit organization practicing dependency law, where he fought zealously to reunite families torn apart by the Department of Children and Family Services. During his time practicing dependency law, Mr. Navab reunited countless children with their families, including reuniting a father wrongfully accused of harassing his own child. The harsh reality of the juvenile justice system had a profound impact on Mr. Navab, who witnessed firsthand the injustice that can befall the indigent and vulnerable. After his experience in the world of non-profit, Mr. Navab shifted his focus to employment law, where he began representing employees facing unlawful harassment, discrimination, retaliation and wage violations. Today, Mr. Navab provides unwavering advocacy to vindicate employees’ rights.
